Capital FM star Sonny Jay has opened up on his wedding plans, admitting he and fiancée Lauren Faith are in two minds about where they'll wed.

That looks amazing. Anywhere that it’s acceptable to have your breakfast floating to you in the water would be great." The presenter revealed that he was inspired to revamp his fitness after taking “a break” from exercise following his Dancing On Ice win in 2021.
