Her son Benji, 19, said of the abuse aimed at his mother: "It's utterly devastating and to see the impact it's had on her... people can have opinions - that is up to them, but what you cannot stand are threats and abuse that are just vile.Asked if she had felt that way, Ms Ingram-Moore responded: "No, I'm my father's daughter at the end of the day... but it has been totally devastating.
The messages started on her Twitter account, some accusing her of using a "cattle prod" to goad her father into walking.Her daughter, Georgia, 14, was sent a letter decorated with unicorns and hearts to mislead the family into thinking it was an innocent letter, but it contained insults and a newspaper cutting which was critical of the family.
