Mercy crews were alerted to the incident at Atholl Street in Perth on Tuesday, March 21, at around 12:50pm.
Footage shows police officers at the scene with small fire extinguishers attempting to put out the blaze as smoke billowed into the air. Four officers can be seen on the ground, with one stationery police car blocking off the street. Another image shows three police cars and Scottish Fire and Rescue Service officers at the top of the street.
