A 27-year-old man is awarded £9m in compensation over serious injuries he suffered when a car driven by his brother crashed into a lamppost in 2014

A man who suffered "catastrophic" injuries when a car driven by his brother crashed into a lamppost is to receive more than £9m in compensation.

Mr Glover had been the front seat passenger when his brother, Curtis Glover, lost control of the car and collided with a lamppost. In an action brought through his mother, Mr Glover sued over the alleged negligence of his brother's driving.
