Emergency services were called to the M1 southbound at Ormeau just after 2.15pm on Thursday to a truck and car crash, between the Ormeau and Yatala exits.A woman in her 30s was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with abdominal pain, while a man in his 30s went to the same hospital with facial cuts and a lower leg injury. Both were in stable conditions.
A third patient was checked by paramedics, but found to be uninjured, and they declined transport to hospital.
