Emergency services were called to Long Swamp Road just outside of Armidale, in the north of the state, at about 3:30pm on Saturday following reports of a crash.One cyclist died at the scene. They are yet to be identified. Three others are being treated for serious injuries. "The driver of the vehicle was trapped and released shortly following the arrival of emergency services," police said in a statement.NSW Ambulance told the ABC the woman, aged in her 40s, was in a critical condition.

A crime scene has been set up, with Long Swamp Road, near the intersection of Edwards Road, to remain closed until tomorrow as police investigate.
