A baby that was inside a tent only survived because they were inside a cot at the time their tent was hit
A car rolled three times after “catapulting” off the road before leaving nine people injured at a campsite.
He told WalesOnline: “I've seen it on the CCTV now, the car tumbled three times before it went over the tent and continued rolling before it ended up right on top of people. It could have been even worse. Describing the aftermath of the incident, which also saw the people in the car injured, Mike described it as "carnage." He said his staff had called him immediately after the incident but he wasn't there at the time.
“There was a young child, a baby, in the tent at the time, thankfully they are okay. It's a tragic accident that the police are dealing with, that's all we can say at the moment." The campsite is open as usual. “The blue Ford Fiesta, which contained a number of occupants, is believed to have been travelling on from the direction of Roch in the St Davids direction when it lost control and veered off the road.
