Police were told the car was parked on Saturday night, with its camper trailer and annexe, at a rest stop on Great Ocean Road by the Cumberland River.
At about midnight, a man jumped in the car and drove off, while a woman, a man, and two dogs, were sleeping inside.The 20-year-old Wallan woman was dragged a short distance inside the annexe of the camper trailer before falling onto the road, causing a minor injury.
