Liberal Party Vice-President Teena McQueen says Cardinal Pell’s passing is “such a great loss” to Catholicism and to anyone who knew him.
“Just before he went to Rome, he attended a dinner for Campion College, a fundraising dinner, and he gave a most
magnificent speech,” she told Sky News host James Morrow.“He was a defender of faith, he was a defender of all things right.”
