England has an estimated 165,000 vacancies in the adult care sector, with 10.9% of social care jobs unfilled, according to data from Skills for Care.

Wendy recalls a conversation she says she had with hospital staff during one of Arthur's periods in hospital."They said 'he's not really been conscious and not been able to talk to anybody' and I went in one day and the doctor said they were getting him ready for discharge.
