Having been on loan at Manchester United for twos easons, Tevez signed for City in a controversial £25 million move and went on to score 73 goals in 148 appearances. He was one of the first high-profile signings under City's Abu Dhabi ownership and helped put the Blues on the map.Tevez was said to earn a £200,000-a-week at the Etihad Stadium but according to a document shared online on social media, his pay packet was a lot higher.
Interestingly the slip says"Manchester City 08/09" despite being dated for March 2010 and so some are right to have their doubts over the legitimacy.But if it is to be believed, £720,287 was the Argentine's gross wage but he also had two bonuses - one to the tune of £20,000 for accomodation and another which was titled"M.P bonus".Tevez, living in Prestbury, Cheshire, was allegedly paying £7786-a-month for national insurance, with £330,766 in P.A.Y.
Although not confirmed, other deductions include £195 for tickets, £118.30 for hospitality and a £24 fine from the FIFA.His net pay totalled a whopping £408,397.27 for the month, showing the incredible finances football can bring.Tevez would later earn even bigger bucks in the Chinese Super League, where he was said to take home a whopping £635,000-a-week and
