Former England footballer Carlton Palmer has revealed he had a"suspected small heart attack" during the first mile of a half marathon - which he completed.In an earlier tweet, the 57-year-old said his heart"played up again in the first mile" of the Sheffield Half Marathon but he"managed to complete the course".Palmer also posted a picture of his stats as he ran the 13.
