Tony Elbayeh, 39, and Hysam Hamdan, 43, were extradited from NSW to Queensland on Thursday after being arrested in Sydney in relationElbayeh is charged with murder, accessory after the fact, corruption of a witness and 30 counts of perjury.
The pair did not appear as charges were mentioned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday before being adjourned for mention again on February 28.Both men cannot apply for bail and remain in custody.
