Video footage has emerged depicting the moment Sydney father Mohammed Saab was struck by a hail of bullets outside his home | Laura_R_Chung

From a dark coloured sedan, parked opposite Mr Saab's car, a shooter fires about 12 bullets towards Mr Saab.Mr Saab appears to shelter behind his open car door, while the sedan drives away.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the home after residents reported hearing the gunshots. Mr Saab was treated for torso and leg injuries. The well-known local businessman was taken St George Hospital at Kogarah and underwent hours of emergency surgery. He remains in a stable condition.On Wednesday, St George Police Area Command Duty Officer Chief Inspector Chris Hill said the shooting was targeted.
