Now that COVID-19 vaccines are being distributed through the commercial markets instead of by the federal government in 2023, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention won't be shipping out any more new cards.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is no longer printing or distributing cards showing a person’s history of COVID-19 vaccinations. People receiving the shots will still receive fact sheets with information about the vaccine,The cards, given after a person’s vaccination, included the manufacturer of the vaccine, the dose number and the date and location each shot was administered.
