And the best part is you can participate in some these festivities for free. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s planned. Unless otherwise noted, all events are taking place Jan. 16.Hosted by Forum on Black Affairs FOBA, the event will celebrate Dr. King’s legacy and recognize community members making a difference. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 15 inside the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Centre County.
