A 39-year-old Mount Joy man has been with charged with rape and several other charges.
Susquehanna Regional Police have charged Damon Skrimcovsky with burglary, rape, indecent assault, sexual assault, stalking and other related charges after a two-month investigation. Police said Skrimcovsky broke into an East Donegal Township home of a woman that he knew and sexually assaulted her in the evening hours of November 13. Police also said he was standing over the victim while she was asleep and was holding her cell phone so she could not call for help.
