York County-based Inch & Co. has launched a settlement services company.
Elmwood Settlement Services opened in March in the carriage house behind Inch & Co. Real Estate at 400 Elmwood Blvd. in Spring Garden Township.The company provides residential and commercial settlements; title services and deed preparation.
“The introduction of Elmwood Settlement Services to the real estate landscape in York—and beyond— will enhance the services available to buyers, sellers, agents, investors, lenders and vendors,” Gerrylynn Geyer, operations manager of Elmwood Settlement Services, said in a news release. “We know that the public has many choices for their real estate needs and if Elmwood Settlement Services gets your call, you will experience shared success.
