Casual restaurant and bar Champps has closed its Lennox Town Center location
Champps Americana restaurant has closed its last Ohio location at Lennox Town Center.
Signs on the restaurant's doors say the location is permanently closed and thanked customers for"25 wonderful years." The 7,900-square-foot location at 1827 Olentangy River Road was one of the four remaining Champps restaurants, in addition to locations in Michigan, Minnesota and New York. In 2013 and 2016, Champps' parent company Last Call Guarantor filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In the years following, the company closed restaurants nationwide, including Champps locations at Easton Town Center, later replaced by Beer Barrels Pizza & Grill in 2018, and Crosswoods near Worthington,
