Chance the Rapper is prioritizing his family over his music.
On Monday, the Chicago lyricist took to Instagram to announce he'll be postponing his previously scheduled tour in support of his latest album,"The Big Day," until 2020."This year has been one of the greatest of my life; Marriage, new baby, first album etc.
"At this point as a husband and father of two I realize that I can’t make that mistake again," the"No Problem" rapper continued."I need to be as helpful and available as possible to my wife in these early months of raising Kensli and Marli." Chance, whose given name is Chancelor Bennett, wed his longtime partner, Kirsten Corley, in March. Last week, she announced the birth of their second daughter. The couple's eldest child is 4 years old.
