BREAKING: NSW has recorded zero cases of community transmission as the Premier announced a number of restrictions will be eased this week.
Previously 20 people could gather in outdoor spaces, while 10 people could go in groups to hospitality venues.
Ms Berejiklian advised family’s planning Christmas gatherings to hold those at venues or outside, if possible, because those places are considered safer than confined spaces inside peoples’ homes. The one locally acquired case was linked to the Great Beginnings Childcare Centre from the Oran Park cluster.There are now 19 confirmed cases in the Oran Park community, with Oran Park High School closed for cleaning at the weekend after an infected student was identified on Friday.
