One officer can be seen putting his hands in front and making a boosting gesture before the other officer hoists him onto the roof. Authorities can be heard on the officers' radio calling for an ambulance to the stands as several armed police converge on the rooftop.“I climbed the wall, and I popped my head right in front of him bro, he’s got a book bag he’s laying down.”
