Chargers QB Justin Herbert has a fracture to his rib cartilage, Brandon Staley says. He's day-to-day, Staley says.of their loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night, and was in visible pain as he fought to finish out the 27-24 loss.
Staley said Thursday night that Herbert was"OK," and that he would undergo testing on Friday — which is what determined the fracture. It's unclear if Herbert will end up missing any time. The Chargers will host the Jacksonville Jaguars next Sunday afternoon.Listen
