that allegedly extended over her parents property after officials with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute her.
Police had arrested her on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest, District Attorney Jack Roady explained in a prepared statement. But after a review, prosecutors won’t be moving forward with the case, he said. Officers around 10:30 a.m. Jan. 28 responded to a report of criminal trespass in the 5500 block of East Bellaire Street in Santa Fe, according to Lt. Greg Boody, spokesperson for the Santa Fe Police Department.
