The four are accused of conspiring to recruit women from Russia and other eastern European nations, and transport them to the United States for work in prostitution

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced indictments for Jennie Lawson, 37, of Dillslburg, and Tracey Lawson, 57, of Thomasville, as well as Anton Panin, 40, of Hollywood, Florida and Viktoriia Zakirova, 32, of Miami. Authorities claim that once the women were in the United States, they would travel across the country to meet clients in major cities, then send cash to the to the Lawsons, who in turn transported it to Panin in Florida. They further claim defendants are also accused of operating a password-protected website which clients used to view schedules and order services.
