Top chef Robbie Bell has revealed the trick to perfect mashed potatoes
A successful chef has shared his go-to recipe for making mashed potatoes, and it contains a couple of ingredients that you might not expect.
The Mirror reports that the British-born chef, who has previously worked with culinary royalty Heston Blumenthal, is currently the owner and head charcutier at Melbourne's City Larder. The chef can be seen peeling and chopping his potatoes into equal sizes, before simmering them gently in a pot of salted water.
