He hobbled off with a calf problem.
The 22-year-old fell to the floor holding his calf after a failed Cruyff turn as he tried to get past Three Lions defender Kyle Walker.
In the first half, Mudryk also required medical treatment following a challenge from Marcus Rashford. Mudryk was able to continue after that but the calf problem he sustained in the second half proved to be too much as he was subbed off and replaced. Chelsea already have a lengthy injury list which includes the likes of Christopher Nkunku, Reece James, Wesley Fofana, Carney Chukwuemeka and Trevoh Chalobah.
Losing Mudryk would be a fresh blow for Mauricio Pochettino despite the Ukrainian’s struggles at Stamford Bridge since his huge £88.5m transfer.
