Brighton's Moises Caicedo subject to £80m bid from Premier League club
The 21-year-old Ecuador international is coming off a fine season at the Amex and seen as a top target in midfield for Chelsea.
talkSPORT understands that Chelsea's most recent offer was for the same £80m figure, and it was instantly turned down by Brighton. The Blues are short in midfield having sold Mason Mount and Mateo Kovacic to Premier League rivals, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek has joined AC Milan, and N'Golo Kante Al Ittihad.
