Australian journalist Cheng Lei's children have shared two heartbreaking drawings showing how much they miss their mother on the eve of the two-year anniversary of her arrest in Beijing.

Cheng Lei was working as a news anchor for the Chinese government's English language broadcaster CGTN in Beijing when was secretly arrested on accusations of leaking state secrets on August 13, 2020.
