The 21 year old man accused of opening fire on a Fourth of July parade in Chicago earlier this week has confessed to the shootings according to prosecutors.
According to Illinois’ Assistant Attorney Ben Dillon, the gunman told police he “looked down his sights, aimed, then opened fire at people across the street”.
The shooter was brought into custody after an eight hour manhunt and police said he had a second rifle at the time of his arrest – and a further 3 firearms were found at his home.Read More
