COLLEGE PARK, Ga. — Cheyenne Parker scored a career-high 29 points, Allisha Gray added 20 points and the Atlanta Dream beat the Chicago Sky 78-67 on Friday night to snap a three-game losing streak.
Parker was 10 of 20 from the field and 9 of 10 at the free-throw line to top her previous scoring best of 25 points set this season. She also had seven rebounds. Danielle Robinson had 10 points and seven assists for the Dream , who were without leading scorer Rhyne Howard because of a nose injury. Gray was helped off the court with 6 minutes, 39 seconds remaining in the game but did return.
Gray scored 14 points in the first half and Parker added 11 as the Dream held a 39-37 lead at the break. Dana Evans scored 18 points for the Sky , who have lost four straight. Elizabeth Williams had 10 points and 10 rebounds and Kahleah Copper scored 14 points.
