The recalled products include sandwiches, chicken salad, and frozen meals with chicken as an ingredient, among other items.

A recall has been issued for chicken sold at supermarkets nationwide, including Giant, Kroger, Aldi, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo, Piggly Wiggly, Kings Supermarket, Jersey Mike's, and more. Tip Top Poultry, Inc., of Rockmart, Georgia, issued the recall in late September for frozen cooked, diced, or shredded chicken, which was sold under various brands at stores including Trader Joe's and Target. The recall was expanded on Tuesday to dozens of additional chains.
