A Sydney man has been sentenced to life behind bars for the rape of a seven-year-old girl inside a Kogarah dance studio.
Anthony Sampieri pleaded guilty to 10 charges relating to the attack including three counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 10.
The 56-year-old also admitted to making 94 lewd calls to women aged between 18 to 82 in the months leading up to the attack. The court heard Sampieri - who has liver Cancer - only has a 60 per cent chance of surviving the next five years.
