Police say emergency services were called to the Macksville pool on the NSW Mid North Coast to reports of children being exposed to excess fumes.
Five children under four years of age have been taken to hospital after an incident at a public pool on the NSW Mid North Coast.
Police were called to the Macksville Memorial Aquatic and Fitness Centre around 9:30am after reports children had been exposed to excess fumes.Another child was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus. That child's condition is unknown.In a statement, the Nambucca Valley Council said police have closed the pool as investigations continue, and it could not comment further.Adult 'fans' are subscribing for photos of an Australian child.
