BEIJING - China’s aviation regulator has been invited to join the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration’s review panel on the Boeing 737 MAX, an official at the regulator said on Thursday. The Civil Aviation Administration of China has not decided whether to accept the invitation, the official in the regulator’s media relations department told Reuters.
The FAA said on Wednesday it is forming an international team to review the safety of the Boeing 737 MAX grounded after two fatal crashes since October.
