“We have to optimise and adjust our epidemic prevention and control measures according to the evolutionary trends of the virus, the improvement and enhancement of our actual prevention and control capabilities, and our accumulated experience and understanding of clinical treatment,” said Lei Haichao, deputy director of the NHC.
