Chipotle’s loyalty program goes national — with an eye on your data
Well, not really. But if we’re going to mention Chipotle Mexican Grill’s new loyalty program, which launches nationally today, we might as well bring up the last one, which ran for a few months in 2016.
”The thing that we’re most interested in is the data that we get on this, our ability to then turn around [and] remarket Chipotle to influence people’s behaviors going forward,” CEO Brian Niccol said during a February conference call. “We see people participating even more with delivery, mobile ordering and ordering within the app,” he told CNBC on Tuesday.
