Chorley registered the biggest FA Cup win of their 139-year history as they cruised into third round qualifying, and a home tie against Blyth Spartans, with a comprehensive defeat of Northern Premier League side Liversedge at Victory Park.

Just like Saturday’s original tie at the Clayborn Ground, the Magpies bossed the first half. This time out, scoring twice early on to stun the visitors.

With three minutes gone Jon Ustabaşı was on hand to tap home off an Adam Blakeman corner. This was followed 20 minutes later by an Ollie Shenton header off a sublime Billy Whitehouse cross., who worked Matt Urwin twice in quick succession, but otherwise the Magpies were untroubled by their lower level opponents.
