Former Speaker of the House Bronwyn Bishop says calling renewable energy cheap is “lying to the people” and is just an idea Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is trying to “ram down people’s throats”.
“This idea that renewables are going to be the salvation of the nation – they’re going to
push on and destroy the country whichever way it goes,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray.
