Inquest opens into death of Chris Kaba who was shot dead by police in London
Chris Kaba, who was due to become a father, died in the early hours of 6 September, about two hours after he was shot
Coroner Andrew Harris offered his condolences to the family of the 24-year-old, who was shot through the windscreen of a car in Streatham Hill on 5 September.The Met Police marksman who fired the fatal shot has been suspended. Speaking outside the coroner's court, his cousin Jefferson Bosela said: "An urgent decision on criminal charges is critical for this family and many others to have faith in a system that is supposed to bring them justice."
