“These issues of disparities and inequities are very complex, but Dallas is certainly committed to it,” said Wilson. Darryl Baker says it’s a start but so much wrong has gone on for so long he compares Dallas to a bad boyfriend. At 71 years old, he sold his 30-year-old home for a townhouse in Oak Cliff. Baker spends a good portion of his time trying to see how Dallas can abandon old strategies and experience newness, too.
