Cleary said the Giants would look to keep dialogue open with Clarkson as season’s end fast approaches. Speaking on Sportsday, McClure dropped a massive bombshell on Martin’s intentions for next year, mooting a possible move up north. Martin’s coach Damien Hardwick was asked about his star midfielder’s future earlier in the year, following his leave of absence from the club, and said he wouldn’t stand in his way if Martin wanted to leave.
