Clear Falls entered the contest in a three-way tie for second in District 24-6A, one game behind Dickinson, which dropped to 19-9 and 5-2 with the loss. “With our two losses through the first round, without this win, that would have probably knocked us out of first-place contention, and these kids are trying to do everything they can to get a piece of that district title,” Shelton said.
