BySEATTLE — Seattle Kraken fans are just days away from the first home playoff game in franchise history. Crews inside Climate Pledge Arena are hard at work prepping the arena for a transformation from a concert venue to an ice rink in 12 hours or less.
The Kraken has one win down and 15 to go in the hunt to hoist one of sports’ most coveted trophies, the Stanley Cup. “We get past Friday and we’re looking at two hockey games. That’s our focus,” said Climate Pledge Arena’s Assistant General Manager and Senior VP of Arena Operations Tom Conroy.
