Mr Palmer said he would launch proceedings in the High Court against WA Premier Mark McGowan and Attorney-General John Quigley, "for contempt of the High Court of Australia".to terminate his $30 billion legal claim against the State Government. "You can't do that. You can't attack your opponent and your litigant just to try to stop them from exercising their normal rights."
