The Coalition's primary vote has lifted two points while Peter Dutton’s net approval rating has surged, the latest Newspoll conducted for The Australian has found. It came after the parties became tied at 50-50 and remained the same for the next two surveys, despite Labor comfortably in front earlier this year.
