Steady rain was over the area Monday morning, as a cold front slowly moved through. This rain will stay steady until about mid-to-late morning and could slow down drivers’ morning commutes. On Monday afternoon, most of the area will be dry, but trick-or-treaters will likely run into some pockets of rain in that convergence zone in the evening.
We also need to keep an eye on the burn scar areas as the steady rain moves into the Cascades, with flash flood watches in effect through Monday evening.
