Coldplay have announced eight huge stadium gigs in the UK for 2025. Fans had been anticipating a gig announcement after cryptic messages from the band were left on trains across the UK this week.
The new dates will see the band continue the mammoth Music of the Spheres World Tour which first began back in 2021. The band head to the final dates of the 2024 tour in October and November to Australia and New Zealand.Coldplay announced the news on Tuesday morning. They say the dates will be the ONLY European cities they will play in 2025.
The band have also confirmed that the Wembley concerts' production will be powered with 100% solar, wind and kinetic energy. There is set to be a huge clamour for tickets for the shows when they go on general sale on Friday. Fans in Liverpool had been praying the band were heading there after a passenger spotted a cryptic message on the Avanti West Coast train from London to Liverpool Lime Street last week.
