Collingwood cheer squad identity 'Joffa' has revealed that he will be fighting two historical child sex charges.

Joffa, whose real name is Jeffrey Corfe, today faced the Melbourne Magistrates' Court where he has been charged with two counts of sexually penetrating a child under the age of 16.But the 61-year-old's defence lawyer, Louis Dean, today revealed that he would be disputing the allegations. "It's in issue, your honour, that Mr Corfe is the offender that's described by the complainant," Mr Dean said.

The Magpies superfan, who lives in Redbank Plains in Queensland, today appeared by videolink without his trademark hat.The court today heard that three witnesses would be called for Mr Corfe's hearing later in the year.
