For the second straight week it came down to the wire but the Cleveland Browns win another nail biter.
INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Colts coach Shane Steichen pointed the finger at himself.in the first half, even the sudden litany of turnovers that have derailed the Colts each of the last two weeks. And yet, he believes a 39-38 loss to Cleveland on Sunday can still help this team.
